Hyderabad Strong winds and thunderstorms are expected at 30 to 40 kmph during the next 72 hours at isolated places in South and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema. The Meteorological Center issued a warning to this effect in a bulletin here on Monday.
Bulletin has expressed the possibility of strong winds and thunderstorms at 30 to 40 km per hour during the next 48 hours at different places in Telangana. The department has also predicted heavy rains at different places in Telangana on June 2.
Several places of Telangana, South and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema are also expected to splash with light to moderate rains or thunderstorms during the next five days. Bhadradri Kothagudem, Karimnagar, Jaishankar Bhupalpally, Khammam, Kamareddy, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Siddipet, and Rangareddy in Telangana and Krishna district of coastal Andhra Pradesh received heavy rainfall during the last 24 hours.
