There was a danger of leaking reports or processing of parliamentary committees considered highly confidential through virtual means. Due to this, no decision was made, but there has been some relaxation in the lockdown, even industries, shops have all started and now aviation services are going to start.

It is being told that the chances of having virtual meetings of parliamentary committees are slim. But with the start of the aviation service, members are believed to be coming to Delhi to attend meetings. A third meeting is scheduled on Saturday between Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu on the same issue. Parliamentary committees are considered mini-parliament.
