new Delhi. In Bengal, there is a frequent tussle between the Mamata government and the central government. Once again, the Mamta government and the central government are seen face to face with the entry of migrant laborers. Home Minister Amit Shah has written a letter to Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to bring home the migrant laborers trapped in different states due to the lockdown. In which the issue of non-cooperation of Mamta Government has been raised in the efforts being made by the Central Government to bring home the migrant laborers of West Bengal.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah has said that the Mamta government is not helping the Center in getting the migrant laborers home by train. In this regard, he has written a letter to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. He has said that the Bengal government is not allowing the train to enter the state.
Referring to the ‘Shramik Special’ trains being run by the central government to facilitate the transportation of migrant laborers from different parts of the country to different places, Shah said that with the help of the center, more than two lakh laborers were transported to their state has gone.
The migrant laborers present in West Bengal are also eager to reach home and the central government is also providing train services. But we are not getting the expected support from West Bengal. The state government is not allowing the train to reach Bengal. This is an injustice to the trapped laborers in Bengal. This will create more difficulties for them.
